As we head into the cooler months it has been nice to see our students in the beautiful red jumpers or the great school jackets (and the Year 6 and staff look good in their hoodies too). I ask that you consider assessing your child’s current winter school uniform and to make purchases if necessary. Don’t forget the bottom halves too – the tracksuit pants available for purchase are excellent as well.
Thank you to the parents and student leaders who met with me last week to discuss and brainstorm some ideas regarding our school’s facilities and environs. We came up with quite the wish-list, with some ideas certainly achievable and reasonably cost effective. Keep an eye our for an action plan going forward, and if you have any ideas (or perhaps contacts!) feel free to put them forward.
As you know, student voice into school decision making is very important, which is why I enjoy working with our student leaders and the student parliament.
